We offer a personalised approach to achieving wellness, using our expertise to tailor a programme personally suited to your needs and goals. Although the goal may be similar; the path that each of us goes on to achieve wellness is unique. Perfect Week Retreat will help you identify your own path and teach you how to deal with challenges to positively improve your health.Many feel the difference immediately, improving clarity, energy and reducing unwanted weight, not to mention and the positive effects felt on both body and mind.

Our experts guide your stay at Perfect Week combining exercise, nutritional balance, restorative meditation and education. Clearly addressing every part of your lifestyle to ensure you return to the real world looking and feeling fantastic and able to pursue incredible quality of life.


Perfect Week Retreat is open to people of all ages and fitness levels.

Our guests range from those who are just beginning their wellness journey to those ready to take their program the next level. We believe in maximum results; not through a magic pill but by harnessing the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive when given the proper nutrients and care.

That Personal Touch

To maintain the effectiveness of our retreats we have a limit of 10 clients per retreat.  However, if you would like to book as a group of more than 10, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years and have extensive experience in Personal Training, lifestyle coaching, injury rehabilitation, group fitness and functional medicine.

This experience has fostered a deep and unique understanding of how to find and enhance health and has inspired the creation of the Perfect Week Retreat. Through a combination of exercise, nutrition, biochemistry balance and education, I aim to send clients home with an enhanced sense of wellbeing and with the tools required to sustain and further results in the real world!
